Stock Market Conditions Affect Investment Plans |

The stock market over the last month has been the definition of a rollercoaster ride. Some of the highest highs and lowest lows have buffeted the country, as the market reacted to everything from Presidential addresses, the election media circus, and Congressional bailout plans.
As is often the case, the Affluent are feeling the affects of the stock market more than the Millionaires, who are usually a more sanguine group, reacting less and waiting more. They are in fact, slightly more concerned about the Presidential Election affecting their investment plan as well as the whole overall Economic Environment.
Over the past year, the stock market and economic environment have been the things most affecting investment, and considering the ups and downs the country has experienced, it is not surprising. The small spike in retirement affecting investment plans may just have been the paucity of resources that many Americans feel right after the spending spree that occurs around the holidays.
